Math workshop- September 22-26 counting collections

Safe, achieving, caring! The 2nd & 3rd graders worked together to create our classroom rules. We first brainstormed ideas and then as a whole decided on the most important rules. We created a poster that we all signed and hung in the shared classroom.

First day jitters! After reading the book First Day Jitters by Julie Danneburg we enjoyed some "jitter juice" and talked about our first day of second grade!
